"Harder than I thought it would be"
The exam was a lot tougher than I expected, and it kind of caught me off guard. I did end up passing, but only after putting in more studying than I thought I’d need. Definitely not something I’d take lightly

"The recertification took longer than I expected and..."
The recertification took longer than I expected and the instructions weren’t super clear. I kept having to go back and reread stuff, which was kinda annoying tbh.

"Felt Like Money Well Spent"
I’ll admit I was a little unsure at first because I didn’t want to spend money and end up disappointed. But after trying it out, I felt like the price was fair for what I got. It wasn’t one of those purchases where you’re left wondering where your money went, there was enough useful stuff included that I actually felt good about it afterward. Overall, it turned out to be a solid value

"Support replied faster than I thought"
I had a question about my account and didn’t expect to hear back that quickly, but support got back to me fast. They answered the actual question too, without sending me in circles or making it more complicated than it needed to be. So yeah, overall it was a smooth experience and I’d give it 5 stars just for how quickly they handled it, because when you’re trying to get account stuff sorted...

"Actually helpful job prep"
I’m usually cautious with stuff like this because I don’t want to get talked into something that sounds good but doesn’t actually help. But the job readiness support was useful. They helped with my resume, went over interview tips, and explained what to expect, which made the whole process feel less confusing. I didn’t leave feeling magically perfect, but I did feel a lot more prepared and way less stressed.

"Good stuff for studying, honestly"
Used the study material on ACE Fitness and yeah, it was helpful. Easy to follow. Not perfect though. A few sections felt kind of short, like I wanted a little more there. But overall, it kept me on track. Helped me figure out what I actually needed to focus on.

"Useful, even if I felt a bit brushed off"
I did learn things that actually helped me when working with clients at my gym, so I’m glad I took it. That said, there were a few times I had questions and felt kind of dismissed instead of really supported. The material was practical, but the experience could’ve felt a little more personal.

"Certification seems legit and well recognized"
I got this certification and brought it to my gym, they accepted it without any hassle at all. Nobody questioned it or made it a big deal, which made me feel like it’s definitely legitimate and respected enough in the right places

"Refund hassle, but it got handled"
I was annoyed at first because I thought the billing issue was going to turn into a whole thing. But then, weirdly, it was sorted out faster than I expected and my refund came through quick. So yeah, frustrating start, but good ending.

Overall, the site is easy to use, but it’s not perfect. There were a few times where it ran slower than I expected, and I felt a bit pressured trying to get things done quickly while waiting for pages to load...

"Good course content and easy to follow"
I had a good experience with the course content on acefitness.org. It was laid out clearly, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep stopping to figure out what they were trying to explain.

The lessons were broken up in a way that felt manageable, which I really appreciated. You know, not too much all at once, and easy enough to come back to when I had time.

A few parts were a little basic, but that wasn’t a bad thing. It helped me review the fundamentals, and overall I found the content really useful. Definitely worth 5 stars from me.
